What are your shop's return policies?
Please message us if you would like to make a return/exchange, or if you are not completely happy with your purchase. We strive to provide quality customer service. Our return policy is 14 calendar days from date of delivery, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Veils, scapulars, and international orders are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment once we receive your return. Thank you!
When can I expect to receive my order?
As each item is made-to-order by hand, all orders are shipped within three business days via USPS with upgrades available. Delivery options are: Standard Shipping (First Class Mail) for 2-6 days delivery, Priority Mail (1-4 Days), and Express Mail (1-3 Days). For international: Standard Shipping (First Class International) varies by country, (usually 10-30 Days), Priority Mail International (8-14 Days), and Priority Mail Express International (3-7 Days).
Can your shop ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to select countries, however, international buyers are responsible for all custom fees, duties, and taxes according to their country. Please note our shop does not include these additional fees (if applicable) in our item prices and shipping costs.
Can you attach clips or headbands to your veils?
We do not attach any clips, headbands, or pins to our veils.
Can I order a custom item?
No, at this time we do not make custom orders. The variety of items we do sell are very customizable.
